Patented "Ultra Low Mass™" RCA Plugs For Interconnect Cables

High performance premium quality Interconnect Cables must have two basic ingredients that will assure optimum performance for the audio components they are connected to:

  • First and foremost, the design must insure the fastest possible crisp, clean signal transfer with maximum accuracy. They should provide smoothness and definition, have a neutral and open sound quality and be clearly marked for directionality.

  • Second, the connectors (RCA jacks) should enhance, not detract, from cable performance. RCA jacks that have solder points and excess metal content will detract from overall cable performance.

Pictured below is a detailed component view of our patented
" Ultra Low Mass™" 24 Kt. Gold Plated RCA Plug with identification for each component part in its design.

  1. Positive center pin of 24 Kt. gold plated solid brass, surrounded by a spring action 24 Kt. gold plated Beryllium copper housing, with independent 360° protective fixed center swivel mechanism protecting the center contact pin. The conductors are crimp connected to center pin for maximum contact - No solder is used!

  2. The negative grounding element with 24 Kt. gold plated Berullium copper. Conductors are crimp connected to the ground for maximum contact - No solder is used !

  3. Non-conductive inner shell crimped and secured to grounding element.

  4. Finely cured Coca Bola Wood outside "screw-on" housing. Inner screw-on element is also 24 Kt. gold plated Beryllium copper.

  5. Non-conducting strain reliefs snapped in place on cable jacket. (not seen in picture)
