The proper design, sizing and use of power supply cords inHigh End Audio Systems is critically important to maximize individual component and overall system performance. Amplifiers, pre-amps, sub-woofers, video players and digital equipment (including DACS, CD/DVD/SACD players, outboard phono pre-amps and higher speed small transformer devices) all benefit from correctly designed and sized power supply cords. At Soundstring Cable Technologies™, we utilized our engineering expertise to design our patented and patent pending power supply cords to closely match the voltage requirements and amperage draw required for most components in professional and home sound systems. When used in conjunction with properly sized and recommended Soundstring™ power cords, these guidelines will maximize component performance and enhance the overall quality of your listening experience.

HIGH OUT-PUT 30 AMP TRICORMAXIAL™ POWER SUPPLY CORD

The overall #10.5 AWG composite copper size of our patented Tricormaxial™ High Out-put Power Supply Cord is best suited for high powered amplification requiring a rating of up to 30 Amps. Home Theater receivers and surround sound systems with this power rating are prime examples where this power cord should be used. It is also recommended for use with all types of conventional and mega-watt two channel amplifiers. It is available in standard lengths of 3, 6 and 8 feet with molded-on 3 prong grounded male and female plugs for standard 120V use. It is also available on special order in custom cut lengths, equivalent "meter" lengths, and with many styles of hand assembled international type 230 Volt male and/or female plugs for most countries of the world. The overall #15 AWG composite copper size of this Power Supply Cord incorporates design qualities similar to those used in our 30 Amp High Out-put Power Cord. It is best suited for use with the power draw and mid-range voltage requirements of system components up to the 20 Amp range, including power amplifiers, pre amps, and tape equipment. Available in standard lengths of 3, 6 and 8 feet with molded-on 3 prong grounded male and female plugs for standard 120V use. It is also available on special order in custom cut lengths, equivalent "meter" lengths, and with hand assembled international styled 230 Volt male and/or female plugs for most countries of the world. It was designed, sized and is highly recommended for use with digital equipment including DACS, CD/DVD/SACD players, outboard Phono Pre amps and higher speed small transformer devices. By using this power supply cord, the speed of voltage delivery is greatly enhanced. It is available in standard lengths of 3, 6 and 8 feet with molded-on 3 prong grounded male and female plugs for 120V use.
